The new G.Skill T5 Neo Series DDR5 R-DIMM kit uses a high-quality 16-layer PCB and features support for AMD EXPO overclocking technology, giving it high performance, high capacity, and exceptional reliability for professional workstations.

The kit uses eight 64GB modules for 512GB of capacity, perfect for intensive workloads. The kit is also equipped with two bi-directional TVS diodes and a fuse to ensure sustained voltage levels are maintained and protect the memory module against power spikes.

G.Skill has already validated the new T5 Neo Series DDR5 kit on the ASUS Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE motherboard.

The G.SKILL T5 Neo series DDR5-6400 CL38 512 GB (64GBx8) memory kit is expected to be available in August 2025.
