Nvidia already announced the Geforce NOW app for Steam Deck back at the CES 2025 show in January, and now, the app is available. Nvidia say that Steam Deck gamers can now run games at settings and performance levels that were not possible natively on the Steam Deck, or they can get 4K at 60 FPS gaming with HDR10, DLSS 4, and Reflex when connected to a TV. On top of it, Nvidia also says that users can get up to 50 percent longer battery life by streaming the game rather than running it on the handheld.
Nvidia was also keen to note that Geforce NOW gives access to over 2,200 supported games, and you can enjoy some graphics-intensive AAA titles like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, Monster Hunter Wilds and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
In addition to the Geforce NOW native app, Nvidia is adding six more games to Geforce NOW, including Nice Day for Fishing (New release on Steam, May 29), Cash Cleaner Simulator (Steam), Tokyo Xtreme Racer (Steam), The Last Spell (Steam), Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon (Steam), and Torque Drift 2 (Epic Games Store).
