Availability of 32GB SDHC announced by Sandisk

High performance flash with jumbo size
With today’s cameras capturing pictures at even larger sizes, the demand for larger sizes of high performance flash memory continues to grow. Sandisk has released details of their new SDHC flash which offers 15MB/s performance with a large 32GB size. The large high performance cards are possible because of advancements in NAND flash technology.
Sandisk will offer the new SDHC cards starting at 8GB for $100, 16GB for $180, and the 32GB for $350. The 32GB SDHC card will come packaged with Sandisk’s MicroMate USB 2.0 card reader, which Sandisk says is a $20 value. The 8GB and 16GB SDHC cards should ship in March and the 32GB SDHC card should hit retailers in April.
