Geforce RTX 5080-class streaming and 17 new games

Nvidia has announced that its Geforce NOW streaming platform will be getting Blackwell RTX update on September 10th, offering Geforce RTX 5080-class power streaming from the cloud, over 2,200 new Install-to-Play titles and more, as well as 17 fresh games this month and Battlefield 6 in October.

Nvidia claims over 175 DLSS 4 games and apps available

As a part of its big Gamescom 2025 reveal, Nvidia has announced that DLSS 4 is now available in over 175 games and apps, and both ray tracing and DLSS 4 support will be coming soon to some big titles like Resident Evil Requiem, Phantom Blade Zero, and Borderlands 4.

New Geforce driver and more games and apps with DLSS 4 support

Nvidia has officially launched its new Geforce RTX 5060 desktop and laptop today, as well as released the new Geforce driver and added further DLSS 4 support to some games and apps.

$299 for RTX 5060 and $379/$429 for RTX 5060 Ti 8GB/16GB

Nvidia has officially annnounced its latest Geforce RTX 5060 series graphics cards, starting with Geforce RTX 5060 Ti, which will be available at $379 for 8GB and $429 for 16GB versions and available as of today, April 16th, while the RTX 5060 8GB graphics card will be coming in May, priced at $299.

Sales not as good as claimed

Moves the RTX 5070 (non-Ti) launch to March 5

Nvidia has officially confirmed that the upcoming Geforce RTX 5070 Ti will be launching on February 20th, while the Geforce RTX 5070 is pushed back to March 5th.

Reviews coming on February 19th

The third SKU in the Nvidia Geforce RTX 50 series lineup, the Geforce RTX 5070 Ti, is set to launch on February 20th. The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti will launch at $749 MSRP.

Might work, but there are problems

Nvidia's latest DLSS 4 update brings significant changes to its DLSS Frame Generation technology. The improved AI model has boosted performance, making Frame Generation 40% faster while reducing memory usage by 30%. According to Nvidia's own Bryan Catanzaro, it could be coming to the RTX 30 series GPUs as well.

With Day 0 support for over 75 games and apps

In addition to announcing the new GeForce RTX 50 series desktop and laptop graphics cards, NVIDIA has also announced updated RTX technologies, including the new DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation support at the CES 2025 show in Las Vegas.

8960 CUDA cores, 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM, and 350W TBP

With the Nvidia Geforce RTX 50 series launch drawing closer, it does not come as a surprise that we are getting first rumors regarding the actual specifications, and the recent one suggests that the RTX 5070 Ti could end up with 8960 CUDA cores, and finally get 16GB of VRAM.
