New Geforce driver and more games and apps with DLSS 4 support

Nvidia has officially launched its new Geforce RTX 5060 desktop and laptop today, as well as released the new Geforce driver and added further DLSS 4 support to some games and apps.

As most media members are currently at the Computex 2025 show and since Nvidia decided not to release the driver before the official launch (or under strict rules for some media outlets), we won't see that many reviews, but hopefully, those will come at a later date.

Nevertheless, the Nvidia Geforce RTX 5060 comes in desktop and laptop versions, with the RTX 5060 desktop featuring 3840 CUDA cores, 8GB of GDDR7 memory, 145W TDP, and a $299 MSRP, which puts it in the entry-level bracket. The RTX 5060 laptop version comes with 3328 CUDA cores, 8GB of GDDR7 memory, 40 to 100W TDP, and $1,099 MSRP for those systems.

According to Nvidia, the RTX 5060 should be enough to get you over 100 fps in most games (from Nvidia's list), with DLSS of course, while the RTX 5060 laptop should get you similar results.

Both should be available as of today from plenty of Nvidia AIC partners and laptop OEMs.

Nvidia also launched support for DLSS 4 in more games and apps, including DOOM: The Dark Ages, F1 25, FBC: Firebreak, inZOI, LIGHT OF MOTIRAM, MindsEye, NARAKA: BLADEPOINT, Portal with RTX, RoadCraft, Splitgate 2, WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, and creator apps Chaos Enscape and Autodesk VRED. This puts the number of supported games and apps at over 125.
