Called the TG Delidded CPU, enthusiasts can get a delidded CPU without the risk of delidding it. Since the actual delidding does void the manufacturer's warranty, Thermal Grizzly is picking up the warranty and test the processors after delidding. It also provides a screenshot of this functionality test, along with a microscope photograph of the chip, which are saved on a USB stick and included with the purchase.
