As we reported

We got a confirmation from sources close to company that The Foundry Company should shift to 32nm High-K process in 2010. We couldn't get any precise date, but this usually means late 2010 rather than early.

As AMD (or should we say The Foundry Company) is about to start 45nm in Q4 2008 you can imagine that 32nm should take about two years to come to the game, which gives you an indication that 32nm AMD should make it in late 2010.

This is a big step for AMD, as this will be its first bulk in 32nm, and probably ATI's 32nm graphics should be the first non-CPU silicon that comes out of that fab. The 2010 32nm process will be based in Dresden next to fab 38 as the company has the plans, the people and the space for such a project.
