50 percent perf/Watt increase, coming this year

AMD has teased its upcoming RDNA 3-based Radeon graphics card at the Ryzen 7000 series event, promising to maintain a 50 percent increase in performance per Watt, compared to the previous generation.

Zen 4 on 5nm and 4nm, Zen 5 on 4nm/3nm

During its Ryzen 7000 series launch event, AMD revealed its updated CPU roadmap, showing what comes after 5nm Zen 4 Ryzen 7000 series CPUs.

AMD has officially announced its next generation Ryzen 7000 series desktop processors based on Zen 4 architecture, bringing significant IPC increase, as well as support for DDR5 and PCI-Express Gen 5. The Ryzen 7000 series desktop CPUs will be available as of September 27th in four SKU options.
