OpenAI forms pact with Broadcom


No longer wants custom foundaries

OpenAI has decided to shelve its plans to build custom foundries. Instead, the company will partner with semiconductor giant Broadcom to develop its first batch of custom AI chips.

PNY has unveiled two new high-performance DDR5 memory products that will be a part of its XLR8 series, the XLR8 Gaming DDR5 and XLR8 Gaming EPIC-X RGB DDR5. The new memory modules will feature new heatspreader design, and be available as a 32GB (2x16GB) kit ranging from 5,600MHz to 6,400MHz and CAS latency of 36.
