One of AMD AIB partners

There haven't been many AMD AIB partners that have announced the Radeon AI PRO R9700, but it appears that Powercolor is on that list, as the company has listed the new Powercolor Radeon AI PRO R9700 on its website.

So far, ASRock and Gigabyte have announced their versions, and now, Powercolor is joining the list. In case you missed it, the Radeon AI PRO R9700 is an improved version of the desktop Radeon RX 9070 XT, featuring the same NAVI 48 GPU, but with 64 Compute Units, adding up to 4096 Stream Processors, and 128 AI accelerators. The GPU is paired up with 32GB of 20 Gbps GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit memory interface with 640GB/s of memory bandwidth, and it has a 300W TDP, so it needs two 8-pin PCIe power connectors. The performance peaks at 96 TFLOPs of FP16 throughput, and up to 1,531 AI TOPS (INT4 sparse).

Powercolor pretty much follows AMD's reference design with a blower-style cooler, and its version is working at 2350MHz Game and 2920MHz Boost GPU clock.

The Radeon AI PRO R9700 is coming in July 2025, and AMD has yet to give any details regarding the price.
