As said by Powercolor, the new RX 9070 XT 16GB Red Devil Spectral White has "every component, from the PCB and heatsink to the cooler shroud and power connectors, meticulously crafted in pure white, offering a sleek and unified appearance rarely seen in high-performance GPUs". It features the "Hellstone" an RGB element at the end of the card, with RGB lighting that can be controlled via headers.
Specification-wise, it is pretty much identical to the original Powercolor RED DEVIL Radeon RX 9070 XT, featuring:

- Dual BIOS (OC / Silent modes)
- Honeywell PTM7950 thermal pads and optimized heatpipe configuration for exceptional cooling efficiency

The GPU works at up to 2520MHz in Game and up to 3060MHz in Boost mode, when using OC BIOS, and at up to 2460MHz in Game and up to 3010MHz in Boost mode with standard/silent BIOS option.
As part of this exclusive release, PowerColor includes a limited-edition Red Devil Metal Keycap, inspired by the Hellstone RGB.
Unfortunately, Powercolor did not reveal any information regarding the price or the availability date, but it has already been spotted in retail/e-tail, listed at $900.
