Amazon.com has a full lineup including WiFi-only Samsung Series 5 Chromebook in both white and black as well as Acer's Cromia Chromebook in both 3G and WiFi versions. The Samsung WiFi-only models are selling for US $429.99, the 3G ones are selling for US $499.99 whereas Acer's model can be bought at Amazon for US $379.99 for the WiFi-only model and US $449.99 for the 3G one.
In case you missed it, both Chromebooks are based on Intel's 1.66GHz Atom N570 dual-core CPU, pack 2GB of memory, 16GB of SSD storage space, 1.3M webcam, 802.11bgn WiFi and all the features that you would expect to see on a netbook. The difference between Samsung?s and Acer Chromebook is the actual screen size as Acer features a 11.6-inch LED-backlit 1366x768 screen while Samsung has a 1280x800 12.1-inch LED-backlit screen with 300cd/m² brightness.
