Asus EeePC 1201N gets fondled

Atom 330 and ION to boot
Asus has launched the EeePC 1201N, which is turning out to be a rather strange beast in the netbook world.
Unlike other netbooks, it features a beefy, dual-core Atom 330 usually reserved for nettops. In addition to the extra CPU muscle, the 1201N also offers ION graphics, which should go great with its 12-inch screen.
Obviously, Asus has bent more than one netbook restriction with the 1201N, but the good specs come at a price, albeit not a very high one. It is expected to cost just over €400, which is quite a lot for a netbook, but netbooks just don't come any better than this.
