threads to be dragged from the inbox to other folders with one
operation.
A side panel allows Eclipse based plug-in can be integrated.
There
is also n integrated chat/IM and a Google map to locate email contacts,
a custom application launcher and a "day at a glance" calendar function.
It also allows a Google search within the application.
IBM
thinks that these changes, along with those in its server-side
collaboration software, Domino 8, will help businesses share
information better.
"Lotus Notes 8 has a suggested retail price of $101 per client. Domino Web Access clients are $73 per user.
