Microsoft sues British game controller maker

Datel nicked our technology
Maker of the Xbox360, Microsoft has sued a British outfit, Datel for nicking technology it claims it invented. Datel makes "TurboFire" and "WildFire" wireless controllers which Redmond thinks bare an uncanny similarity to its Xbox controllers and sell for up to $50 on the Internet.
In the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Seattle, Microsoft asks for an unspecified amount of compensatory damages, payment of royalties or profits Datel made from the sales, while also asking for an injunction on manufacturing the disputed controllers.
Datel has not issued a comment on it yet since they are probably heating up the hot cross buns and will not be around for a comment until next week.
