At Computex, Zotac was pushing a pair of compact GeForce RTX 5060 designs shown off at Computex: one low-profile, one Mini-ITX with the same 8GB GDDR7 memory and 3840 CUDA cores as their full-size siblings.

The Mini-ITX variant gets a sleek single-fan cooler with heat pipes and four display outputs, ideal for cramped cases that still want a visual kick. Meanwhile, the low-profile card squeezes in a three-fan setup, but only manages three display ports, likely due to space constraints. Both carry an eight-pin PCIe power connector. This is standard fare for a GPU pulling a 145W TBP.

Zotac’s decision to deliver cards that can fit into smaller builds is a welcome throwback. These days, even budget cards show up with absurdly large coolers that could double as doorstops. For anyone wanting to build a compact gaming box without settling for integrated misery, this is proper kit.

Whether Zotac sticks close to Nvidia’s $299 (€276) MSRP for these cards or decides to tax buyers for the privilege of not owning a tower remains to be seen. Either way, the cards are expected to hit shelves sometime this summer.
