Asrock's ION 330 nettop, powered by a dual-core Atom 330 coupled with Nvidia ION graphics, is available in Europe, and the price tag is quite appealing.
At €252 in Germany, it costs about as much as Asustek or MSI nettops with single-core Atoms and Intel graphics, and it's cheaper than Acer's Revo with ION.

Not only is it cheaper than the competition, it's better spec'd, too. Apart from having a more powerful CPU, it ships with 2GB of RAM and 320GB of storage, twice the usual serving on cheap nettops. It ships in black and white colour options, but the design could have been a bit more exciting.
You are probably thinking there's a catch, and there is. It ships without an operating system, but it's still very good value.
