Based on KIOXIA's 8th-generation BiCS FLASH 3D flash memory, built on triple-level cell (TLC) architecture and enhanced with CBA (CMOS directly Bonded to Array) technology, these new SSDs promise significant improvements in storage density, performance, and power efficiency.
