by on23 April 2025

With 64GB modules

G.SKILL has introduced the world’s first high-capacity 256GB DDR5 U-DIMM memory kit running at DDR5-6000 speeds with CL32 timings. This 4x64GB kit, according to G.Skill, is aimed at heavy workloads including AI applications, advanced content creation, and workstation use.

Based on high-performance SK hynix ICs, these 64GB modules are fully compatible with AMD EXPO profiles. The new 256GB kit has been validated on platforms featuring the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and Ryzen 9 9900X processors, with motherboards like the ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X870E HERO and MSI MPG X870E CARBON WIFI. In case you are looking for tighter latencies, the same 256GB kit has also been tested at DDR5-6400 CL32.
