Spotted by Computerbase.de, the Sapphire Edge AI mini-PC series will include two SKUs for starters, powered by AMD Ryzen AI 5 340 and Ryzen AI 7 350 processors, with up to 32GB of RAM in two SO-DIMM slots. Sapphire also plans an SKU powered by a more powerful AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor.
Measuring at 117x111x30mm, the Sapphire Edge AI mini-PC series comes with plenty of connectivity options, including HDMI 2.1 outputs, 2.5 GbE LAN, integrated WiFi and Bluetooth, and plenty of USB ports. The storage is handled by a standard 2280 M.2 slot and another M.2 2242 slot.
Unfortunately, Sapphire is still not talking about the precise date or the pricing, as the new Edge AI mini-PC series will most likely launch in April and be available as fully equipped or barebone versions.
