Smaller and more affordable Mi A2 Lite in tow

Just as rumored earlier, Xiaomi has now unveiled its successor to the Mi A1 Android One smartphone, the aluminum unibody 5.99-inch Mi A2, which comes with some rather impressive specifications and a very affordable price. It also announced an even more affordable but less capable Mi A2 Lite version, which could be interesting to some buyers as well.

Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun has introduced the new mainstream/performance killer called the Mi 8 SE and this phone will sell for 1799 RMB/€240 or $280. It comes with the Snapdragon 710 and a dual AI camera.

The wait is over and most of the rumors floating and leaked around were true. The only thing that really surprised us was the Mi8 Explorer edition with a transparent back and in display fingerprint. The standard Mi8 has a  rear end fingerprint sensor.
