Reports $5.4b of revenue, down by 18 percent YoY

AMD has reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2023, reporting a revenue of $5.4 billion, a gross margin of 46 percent, and a net income of $27 million. AMD has released a statement clarifying the availability of its new Ryzen 5 7500F SKU, a 6-core Zen 4 CPU that comes without integrated graphics. Apparently, it will be available on retail/e-tail shelves only in China, while other regions will only get it via system integrators.
