While it’s evident that EA intends to milk its golden Sims goose for all it’s worth, it sure took them a while to bring the game to consoles and handhelds.

EA’s recent financial report schedules Sims 3 on consoles for release in Q3.

The company says that both consoles and handhelds will get the game, and while we’re not sure about exact platforms, we’ll try to find out more.
