Higher focus on the graphics driver

Intel has released its newest major graphics driver update which features support for Microsoft's Windows 10 April 2018 update, and brings some bug fixes and improvements. The new driver update also shows Intel's newly developed focus on graphics software as its latest recruitments get to work.

One to have for Windows 10 April 2018 Update

Following Microsoft's Windows 10 April 2018 Update, AMD has released its latest Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.4.1 graphics driver update, bringing support for the new Windows 10 update as well as fixing some minor issues.

Nvidia GPUs are 25 times faster than five years ago

Jensen Huang claims that GPU chips are moving at a more rapid rate of development than CPUs and instead of following Moore's Law, they are following a supercharged law which he clearly hopes will be called Huang’s Law.

Ice Lake U with 48 CUs

Enables Netflix and Youtube HDR support

Intel has released its newest Graphics Driver for Windows, version 15.60, which enables HDR media playback on integrated GPUs in Intel's 7th generation Core Kaby Lake and 8th generation Core Coffee Lake CPUs.
